Sports tourism in the Pardubice Region

Topic: Sports tourism in the Pardubice Region Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to develop several general recommendations and own suggestions regarding sports tourism in the Pardubice Region, based on an evaluation of its overall potential. The conclusions of the thesis could increase the region's sport-tourism potential, rise the tourist traffic and contribute to the region's dynamic development. Methods: In this work, two separate methods of data collecting and one evaluation method were used. The principal method of data collecting was the examination of documents, especially official documents, archive data and virtual data. The second method consisted of leading semi-structured interviews with two experts in the field of tourism. The method for evaluating the potential was created and subsequently applied on the examined region. Results: The Pardubice Region is endowed with good natural potential for tourism development, which relies mainly on convenient natural prerequisites; however, the potential is not sufficiently developed. Sports tourism and recreational tourism prevails in the region, grounded in a stronger summer season. The marketing strategy of the region Český ráj v letech 2009 - 2013

Bachelor thesis "The marketing strategy of the tourist region Bohemian Paradise in 2009- 2013" describes and analyzes present marketing conception and communication activities which take place in that region. The objective of the paper is to introduce main subjects of the destination management in the region and to present documents forming the basis of the marketing strategy, especially the document "The medium-term plan of the development in the Bohemian Paradise in 2012-2017". The aim of the thesis is to describe implementation of this marketing strategy and to evaluate realization of the marketing and communication activities within the destination management of the tourist region Bohemian Paradise.
Analysis of the Activities of Tourist Regions on Social Networks

The purpose of this essay is to carry out a comparative analysis on the tourism regions on social media and websites. And from this anaylisis we can provide results and suggestions for more efficient communication. In this theory part, we focus especially on tourism in regionalisation Czech Republic. This work is primarily focusing on tourism regions such as Morava and then we compare them to other tourism regions around in the pre chosen foreign countries. In the next step, we summarise today's marketing communication trends and its implication/use on social media. The methodic and analytical part focuses on four main socila media sites namely Facebook, Youtube , Twitter and Google+. The analysis was conducted in 16 regions in total, 4 representatives from Poland, Austria, Slovakia and Moravia. They used the number of fans, activities of fans and the types of contribution from two of the four previously social media sites. Thanks to this conducted comparison, it shows that social media is not being much used as expected in Morovian regions as in other specific foreign regions around the world on which we were focusing on.
Statistical analysis of tourism in South Moravia

The aim of this thesis is to use mathematical and statistical methods to analyze data relating to visitors of the South Moravia region. Data was collected via survey, which could participate respondents living in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts related to the theme of the thesis, such as tourism, visitors, tourists, excursionist and more. The thesis also includes the categorization of tourism from various perspectives, examples of organizations involved in tourism and especially familiarization with specific tourism destinations in the region. The practical part consists of an analysis of data collected and processed by the author. Furthermore, this section presents the results of a survey carried out by the author, who focused on attendance of the South Moravia region, the attractiveness of the region, most visited sites and financial possibilities of visitors of the region.
Development of tourism in Pilsen region: case strategy of marketing strategy of tourist region Šumava

The aim of this thesis is suggesting marketing strategy of tourist region Šumava. The theoretical part is focused on elaboration theory related to the tourism. There are defined the basic terms and there is also evaluated position of tourism in regional development and national and world economy as well. In the practical part there is defined region the thesis is about and then there is subjected to comparison attendance of Pilsen region, South Bohemian region and touristic region Šumava towards other regions of the Czech republic. In the end of the practical part there is thanks to marketing mix prepared the marketing strategy of touristic region Šumava, which is the aim of this thesis.
Development of the environmentally friendly forms of tourism in the tourist region of Šumava

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the development of the environmentally friendly forms of tourism in the tourist region of Šumava. First of all there are characterised basic terms dealing with the issues of environmentally friendly forms of tourism and with the tourist regions. Then the chapter concerning the tourism development in the protected landscape areas and national parks follows. A chapter considering the characteristic of the Šumava region is also included, it describes general information about the region, the offer of the environmentally friendly forms of tourism and also the institutions occupying with this issue. A questionnaire survey is also a part of the thesis, it focuses on the awareness and the interest of the environmentally friendly forms of tourism in the Šumava region. Considering the findings of the survey the author analyses the development of the environmentally friendly tourism in the tourist region of Šumava and proposes measures leading to effective tourism development.
A typology of recreation centres in the touristic area Podyjí

The thesis dealt with typology of resorts in the tourist area of Podyjí, focussing on the offers in this resort. To address the issue, a situational analysis of the territory was conducted, as well as an analysis of localization and realization expectations of tourist trade in the area, which could provoke an interest in visiting recreational centres or the entire territory. Survey was carried out in selected locations of selected resorts in order to obtain primary data that helped us to get answers to the hypotheses. Based on analysis of needs and requirements of visitors, there was drafted a new tourism product for selected recreation center.

The main goal of this dissertation was to analyze and evaluate the tourist trade products of the tourist information centre KVIZ Třebíč and pursuant to this destination{\crq}s visitors{\crq} demand to propose a new tourist trade product apt for KVIZ Třebíč.Pursuant to the demand estimation and the analysis of the current situation of the tourist trade in this destination propose a new products. Then chose and elaborate one of them.
